Led the complete migration from PrestaShop to Shopify, rebuilding the store architecture, data structure, and user experience to support scalability and international growth. The project included a full B2B setup with custom pricing, distributor access, and wholesale workflows, alongside infrastructure designed for expansion into the Americas.
